Terms and Conditions

• Service Scope: Our consulting services are tailored per client and defined in a mutually agreed scope of work document.
• Confidentiality: All client information shared with Startups Consulting Limited will be kept strictly confidential unless consent is given in writing.
• Payment Terms: Invoices must be settled within 15 days unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
• Intellectual Property: Any materials or deliverables created during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Startups Consulting Limited unless otherwise agreed.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide timely access to relevant resources, data, and decision-makers.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from service use or implementation.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice in writing, subject to any outstanding payments or deliverables.
• Amendments: These terms may be updated periodically, and clients will be notified of any material changes.
• Third-Party Tools: Some services may involve third-party platforms or software; we are not responsible for their performance or policies.
